Hello, I am Emiel Fisher, President and CEO of RDP Worldwide and author of this blog.
I am a certified Private Investigator (PI) and Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), and licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Service (Virginia DCJS # 11-4341).
I have been in the security and investigation business for 23 years and have traveled the world on protection details, investigations and training of government, corporate and civilian clients.
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1985 with a degree in Administration of Justice and Public Safety.
As an instructor, I have trained current and former federal agents from the F.B.I., C.I.A., N.S.A., D.E.A., U.S. Marshals, U.S. Secret Service, local and state police agencies.
My training techniques have also been used to instruct U.S. Navy, Army and Marine Special Forces in the in the areas of weapons, executive protection, counter-terrorism tactics, counter-surveillance, physical security, document security, operations and intelligence, high risk search warrants, violence in the workplace, and hostage negotiation.

Interested in your post about the drug cartels in Mexico. In January 1990, I testified before a Congress Coast Guard subcommittee as a private pilot in favor of a bill to allow shoot down of drug smuggler aircraft. The bill got “shotdown”… I also got Col. Larry Tracy, and he got Gen. Summers to testify. You can find those testimony on Google Books.
