THOUGHTS OF THE DAY 4/7

TIME UNTIL NEXT POTUS ELECTION:

945 Days, 16 Hours, 26 Minutes, 36 Seconds

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

CONWAY’S LAW. “In any organization there will always be one person who knows what is going on. That person must be fired.”

— Letters column in the The New York Times, May 15, 1980; from Robert W. Sallen, The Official Rules of Work.  The Principles, Maxims, and Instructions That Define Your Life on the Job by Paul Dickson

THOUGHT OF THE DAY:

The liberals and the Democrats as well as some Republicans jumping on the CIA for the ENHANCED INTERROGATION TECHNIQUES used early in the War now say that it was too harsh and didn’t accomplish anything.  These people know little of which they speak.  Pelosi now says she didn’t know anything about EIT’s.  She is such a TOOL!  It was torture, but these were BAD guys and at the time the U.S. public wanted it.  It was not meant to be everything, but was a tool in the box that we used against the terrorist maggots.  We could have gone to CUTTING OFF HEADS, but we didn’t, the TOUGH GUY terrorist’s got some water splashed in their faces, poor babies!  Grow up!

WORD OF THE DAY:

METHOMANIA – An irresistible desire for intoxicating substances.  A word that the SECRET SERVICE needs to learn and stay away from.  Maybe that was the problem, the people who wrote the SOP manual for the SS used METHOMANIA and the Agents didn’t know what it meant.

RULE OF THE DAY:

KICK

The best strikes for a Body Guard or Protection Agent that are armed, involve either a STRAIGHT KICK to the torso or face of a bad guy, or a SIDE LEG KICK to the thigh or leg of the same bad guy.  These strikes are not hard to learn, they are destructive to the bad guy, and they allow the free movement of the Protection Agent’s hands and arms.  A simple regimen of stretching and practice striking 5 minutes of the day will allow for an Agent being able to use these strikes.  If you have a HEAVY-BAG, all the better.
